1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from NoLimitsCoding GmbH to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity.
Contracting Party

3. Prices & Packaging
The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering apply. These are final prices and already include the statutory German VAT. For items on special offer at the time of purchase or when a voucher is redeemed, the reduced price is included in the final order summary.
The packaging becomes the property of the customer from the time of delivery.
4. Payment
We generally offer the following payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal. We reserve the right not to offer certain methods on individual orders and to refer to the payment options we do provide.
Credit Card: You pay directly during checkout by entering your credit card details. Your card will be charged with the final invoice amount, less any discounts or vouchers, when the goods are shipped. For custom-made items or goods tailored to personal specifications, your card is charged immediately with the invoice amount, less any discounts or vouchers.
PayPal: You pay directly via your PayPal account. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal to approve the payment. Once our PayPal account has received authorization, we will ship the goods.
Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Vouchers and Codes and Their Redemption
No vouchers or codes have been selected.
6. Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement, e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or email.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
This cancellation policy does not apply to separate deliveries of goods.
7. Exclusion / Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Under Section 312g (2) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
8. Voluntary Return Policy
No voluntary return policy is offered.
9. Delivery and Delivery Time
Deliveries are also possible abroad. Items are sold only in household quantities and only to end consumers.
10. Shipping Costs
Orders from NoLimitsCoding GmbH are shipped free of charge.
12. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of NoLimitsCoding GmbH until full payment has been received.
13. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and under the provisions of the Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typically occurring under the contract.
14. Privacy and optional web analytics
Details of personal data processing, necessary storage and Google Analytics are provided in our privacy policy. Google Analytics is activated only after separate, voluntary consent in the privacy banner. Accepting these terms, using the website or submitting an enquiry does not constitute Analytics consent. Declining or later withdrawing consent does not affect enquiries, entering into a contract or contractual services. You can change your choice or withdraw it for the future at any time using Privacy settings.
